A summer in Provence: Pop-up restaurant & wine bar
at the Grand Hotel Nord Pinus Arles

Harry Cummins (chef), Laura Vidal (sommelier) and Julia Mitton (operations) of the ephemeral and nomadic restaurant, Popup Paris, will take the reins of the restaurant and wine bar of the Grand Hotel Nord Pinus for a temporary residence from 18 June to 28 August 2015.
At their residence called “Summer in Provence”, the team of Paris Popup offer a fixed menu at the restaurant and a selection of small plates in the wine bar and terrace.
At the restaurant, Harry will offer a set menu of four services inspired by local and seasonal produce. This menu will change every week depending on the availability of products.
At the wine bar and terrace, Harry will offer a small menu featuring charcuterie, terrines maisons and some small creative dishes always with local and seasonal products and homemade bread.
Laura will offer a wine list with a selection of local wines produced by small winemakers.
A “vermut de la casa” will be available as an aperitif and a selection of craft beers and delicious gin and tonic. All selected with an eye for quality and provenance.
Gwladys Gublin be in charge for the cocktails, sangria, punch and vermouth.

Restaurant (40 to 50 seats)
Fixed menu in 4 services 45EUR, open from Wednesday to Sunday evenings only.
Reservation recommended. The kitchen is open from 7 – 11 pm.
Wine Bar (20 seats)
Small plates, open from Wednesday to Sunday evenings only. The kitchen is open from 7 – 12 pm.
Terrace (40 seats)
Small plates, open from Wednesday to Sunday. The kitchen is open from 12 pm – 3 pm and 7 – 12 pm.
